David Sacks, the White House's AI and cryptocurrency director, stated that the highly anticipated "CLARITY Act" (Digital Asset Market Clearity Act) is gradually approaching legislation and is expected to be submitted to the Senate for debate and amendments in January 2026, followed by a full vote. According to Sacks, Senate Banking Committee Chairman Tim Scott and Agriculture Committee Chairman John Boozman have confirmed that the Senate will finalize this bipartisan cryptocurrency bill next month.
