On December 19th, PDD Group's annual shareholder meeting announced the implementation of a co-chairman system, with Zhao Jiazhen appointed as co-chairman, alongside Chen Lei, who will serve as co-chairman and co-CEO. In response to recent rumors about the European Union's "Dawn Raid" investigation into Temu, Chen Lei stated that Temu has already achieved a certain market scale in different countries, completing in 3 years what PDD took 10 years to accomplish in domestic e-commerce.
