CHINA RES MIXC (01209.HK) has signed a cooperation agreement with Shanxi Zhongcheng Group's Taiyuan Plaza. The first and largest Wanxiang Tiandi in North China will be located at Taiyuan Plaza, with an expected commercial building area of 445,000 square meters.
According to the information, Taiyuan Plaza is located in the core area of Longcheng River East, in the Changfeng Qinxian business district, and is a village renovation project in Qinxian Village. It is divided into four parts, including commercial, hotel, office, apartment, and residential areas, with a total construction area of 1.69 million square meters
