BEXCELLENT GP leases a property in Yuen Long for HKD 600,000 per month to operate a private day school

BEXCELLENT GP (01775.HK) announced that its subsidiary has leased the ground floor G shop and the first, second, and third floors of the Kam Ho Building at 49-63 Castle Peak Road, Yuen Long, for use as a private day school, for a period of 4 years and 16 days from March 16, 2026, to March 31, 2030, with a fixed monthly rent of HKD 600,000.

The company stated that the location can serve the local community with an international background, providing a more spacious and strategically significant base to meet the growing demand for quality educational services in the Northern Metropolis area. The property will feature a library, an international examination center, multipurpose classrooms, and AI experimental spaces for integrated subjects, equipped with cutting-edge STEAM and artificial intelligence teaching technologies as well as high-end learning platforms.

The company expects that the new school site in Yuen Long, along with the nearly completed upgraded Mong Kok campus, will increase the classroom capacity of the two operating private day schools and private secondary school auxiliary education services by approximately 61%, from 856 students on July 31, 2025, to about 1,380 students
