Bank of China Board Approves Revised Information Disclosure Policy, Management Rules on Securities Transactions, and Cap on Routine Connected Transactions with CITIC Financial AMC

Bank of China's board approved revised policies on information disclosure and securities transactions, and set a cap on routine connected transactions with CITIC Financial AMC. The remuneration plan for the Chairwoman of the Board of Supervisors was also approved. All proposals were passed by open ballot during the meeting chaired by Chairman Ge Haijiao.
