But Starbucks is leaning into the idea of being fashion-forward, and just made a new hire in a bid to do so. Cosmetics (ELF), Neiv Toledano, to serve as Starbucks' new &#34;senior marketing manager of fashion and beauty.&#34; Granted, Starbucks has worked in fashion and beauty spaces before. But reports note this is different, as this is a dedicated role, and the first such dedicated role that Starbucks has ever had.</p> <p>Toledano is also part of the Brand Activation team, reports note, which will combine Starbucks' plans to get &#34;back into culture&#34; with an &#34;overhauled approach to marketing.&#34; Given that Starbucks has been particularly focused on getting people back into cafes, the idea that Starbucks would also try to insert itself more often into culture as a whole makes a particular sense.</p> <h2><strong>Free Bachelor's Degree Program Ramps Up</strong></h2> <p>Perhaps in an effort to address the growing unionization movements within Starbucks, Starbucks is putting a lot more into its free bachelor's degree program at Arizona State University for some of its employees. Enrollment is actually up 60% in the last five years. This suggests a clear demand, and 13% of Starbucks' &#34;partners&#34; are participating &#34;as scholars&#34; in the program right now.</p> <p>Starbucks is actually enthusiastic about this program, reports note. It is not only a draw to get people to join Starbucks, but it is also a tool for employee retention. It opens up the potential for employee promotions as well—some jobs simply require that college degree—and helps augment Starbucks' leadership operations and backfilling departing leadership roles.</p> <h2><strong>Is Starbucks Stock a Good Buy?</strong></h2> <p>Turning to Wall Street, analysts have a Moderate Buy consensus rating on SBUX stock based on 12 Buys, seven Holds and two Sells assigned in the past three months, as indicated by the graphic below. After a 1.65% rally in its share price over the past year, the average SBUX price target of $95 per share implies 7.19% upside potential.</p></div>
