Change of Vice Chairman and CEO of CSPC PHARMA

CSPC PHARMA (01093.HK) announced that Zhang Cuilong will no longer serve as Vice Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and Authorized Representative due to a job transfer, but will continue to serve as an Executive Director of the company; Cai Lei has been appointed as Vice Chairman, Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, and Authorized Representative; and Wei Qingjie has been appointed as Vice Chairman, Executive Director, and Chief Operating Officer. The above appointments took effect from last Friday (19th)
