Three directors of MING YUAN CLOUD increased their holdings by a total of 2.5 million shares
MING YUAN CLOUD (00909.HK) announced that on December 22, three executive directors and controlling shareholders increased their holdings in the company through the open market, including: Gao Yu purchased a total of 1 million shares through his controlled entity GHTongRui, at an average price of HKD 3.1 per share; Chen Xiaohui purchased a total of 1 million shares through his controlled entity HengXinYuan, at an average price of HKD 3.09 per share; and Jiang Haiyang purchased a total of 500,000 shares through his controlled entity LINGFAN, at an average price of HKD 3.08 per share
