In Seattle, U.S. home prices saw a 0.2% month-over-month increase in November on a seasonally adjusted basis, slightly down from October's 0.3% rise. Data from a recent report by Redfin, the real estate brokerage backed by Rocket, showed a 2.6% year-over-year increase, a bit slower than the previous month's 2.9% growth. Home-price growth has been decelerating throughout the year, with November recording the smallest year-over-year increase so far.
