New York natural gas futures rose by about 11.8%, while U.S. crude oil futures rebounded by about 5.9% from their recent closing lows
WTI February crude oil futures rose by $0.64, an increase of nearly 1.11%, closing at $58.38 per barrel, with a cumulative rebound of over 5.89% since the close on December 16.
Middle East Abu Dhabi Murban crude oil futures fell by 0.52%, closing at $62.97 per barrel.
NYMEX January natural gas futures rose by over 11.79%, closing at $4.4080 per million British thermal units.
NYMEX January gasoline futures closed at $1.7432 per gallon, and NYMEX January heating oil futures closed at $2.1906 per gallon
