HONGJIU FRUIT will be delisted next Tuesday

The Hong Kong Stock Exchange announced that starting from 9 AM next Tuesday (30th), the listing status of HONGJIU FRUIT (06689.HK) will be canceled in accordance with Listing Rule 6.01A(1).

The Stock Exchange pointed out that the company's H shares have been suspended from trading since March 20, 2024. According to Listing Rule 6.01A(1), if the company fails to resume trading by September 19 of this year, the Stock Exchange has the authority to delist the company. Since HONGJIU FRUIT failed to comply with the resumption guidance set by the Stock Exchange before the deadline, the Listing Committee decided on October 3 of this year to cancel its listing status. HONGJIU FRUIT had applied for a review of the Listing Committee's decision, but the Listing Review Committee upheld the delisting decision on the 15th of this month
