Accordingly, application has been made for 150,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on or around 2 January 2026.The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following Admission, the Company will have 60,336,452 Ordinary Shares, each with voting rights. The Company holds 373,906 Ordinary Shares in treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 59,962,546.
