MERRILLVILLE, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Northern Indiana Public Service Company LLC (NIPSCO) has received a federal order requiring the continued operation of R.M. Schahfer Generating Station beyond its previously scheduled retirement date of Dec. 31, 2025.
