According to foreign media reports, NVIDIA (NVDA.US) has acquired high-performance artificial intelligence accelerator chip designer Groq for $20 billion in cash, marking NVIDIA's largest acquisition to date.
Groq was founded by the creator of Google's Tensor Processing Unit (TPU) and was valued at $6.9 billion in a funding round in September
