The platform announced the reason for withdrawal as "further verification of the auction matters related to the property involved is needed." Public information indicates that the rights holder of this property is Kaisa Group's Shenzhen Jinsha Bay Hotel Co., Ltd. Its assessed value is approximately 988 million yuan, and the starting price for this second auction has been reduced to 553 million yuan.
