PAN ASIA ENVIRO announces the distribution of the first special dividend of 0.12 yuan and plans to repurchase shares
PAN ASIA ENVIRO (00556.HK) announced the resolution to declare the first special dividend of HKD 0.12 per share, totaling approximately HKD 119 million; and to declare the second special dividend of approximately HKD 0.08 per share before June 2026, totaling HKD 80 million.
At the same time, the company plans to repurchase shares in the open market, with a total value of approximately HKD 100 million
