ENERGY INTINV issues new shares at a discount of 18.33%, raising a net amount of 252 million yuan
ENERGY INTINV (00353.HK) announced that it will issue a total of 1.035 billion new shares to three subscribers, equivalent to an enlarged share capital of 48.92%, and will seek special authorization from shareholders; the price per share is HKD 0.245, representing an 18.33% discount to the last trading day (24th). The total subscription amount is HKD 254 million, with a net amount of HKD 252 million, which will be used entirely to redeem the RMB 270 million preferred shares issued by its wholly-owned subsidiary Dongshun Donggang Port.
Upon completion, one of the subscribers, Cosmic Shine International (the controlling shareholder), will increase its shareholding in the company from 53.25% to 66.67%
