DOBOT's two shareholders voluntarily commit not to reduce their holdings within one year
DOBOT (02432.HK) announced that major shareholder, chairman, executive director, and general manager Liu Peichao, along with shareholder and executive director Lang Xulin, voluntarily committed that from now until December 24, 2026, they will not reduce their holdings of any shares in the company in any way. Currently, Mr. Liu and Mr. Lang hold 107 million shares and 7.568 million shares of the company, respectively
