SKY BLUE 11 changes its fiscal year-end to June 30

SKY BLUE 11 (01010.HK) announced that the board of directors has resolved to change the company's fiscal year-end from December 31 to June 30, effective immediately. Therefore, the group's upcoming audited financial statements will cover the eighteen months from January 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.

The board believes that changing the fiscal year-end to June 30 will enhance the group's ability to allocate and utilize resources more effectively when preparing performance announcements and reports.
