"Economics" US October S&P Case-Shiller twenty-city home price annual increase slows to 1.3%
S&P Global released the Cotality Case-Shiller 20 City Composite Home Price Index, which rose 1.3% year-on-year in October, slightly down from the 1.4% increase in September and slightly above the market expectation of a 1.1% increase. This is the smallest annual increase since July 2023, further indicating that the U.S. housing market is entering a phase of significantly slowing growth
