LC LOGISTICS subsidiary sells vessels, estimated to record a gain of USD 20.1 million
LC LOGISTICS (02490.HK) announced that its subsidiary Lehang Boundless is selling a vessel under construction to Blue Anchor for a total price of USD 170 million, and Lehang Boundless will receive USD 68.64 million.
The company estimates that the sale of the vessel will generate a profit of approximately USD 20.1 million, which will be used to expand the group's existing business, including acquiring high-quality targets in the industry and supplementing the group's cash flow
