EG LEASING's subsidiary signs a memorandum of understanding regarding litigation

EG LEASING (00379.HK) announced that regarding the litigation and judicial dissolution proceedings between its subsidiary Hong Kong EG and Beijing EG, both parties have signed a memorandum of understanding, agreeing to explore possible settlement solutions concerning the ongoing litigation; both parties are negotiating on Beijing EG introducing new investors and the proposed acquisition of the entire 51.39% equity held by the group in Beijing EG.

The group stated that if a legally binding agreement is signed and completed for the aforementioned sale transaction, the pending litigation filed by Beijing EG against Hong Kong EG, as well as the judicial dissolution application filed by Hong Kong EG against Beijing EG and all related legal proceedings, will be withdrawn together
