CCT FORTIS sells logistics service subsidiary 95% to realize 17.1 million
CCT FORTIS (00138.HK) announced the sale of 95% equity in its Hong Kong automotive towing and logistics service subsidiary, Blackbird Works Supply Co. Limited, to an independent third party, Entex International, for a cash consideration of HKD 17.1 million. The estimated loss from the sale is approximately HKD 10.9 million
