A person familiar with the capture operation of Maduro stated that this action was the result of deep cooperation between the CIA and the U.S. military, having undergone "months of meticulous planning." Latest reports indicate that the plane carrying Maduro and his wife, Flores, has arrived at Stewart Air National Guard Base in New York. According to reports, on January 3 local time, Maduro disembarked from the plane at an airport north of Manhattan, New York.
