The letter states that Venezuela reaffirms its belief in the pursuit of peace and peaceful coexistence, desiring to live free from external threats in an environment of international respect and cooperation. The letter states, the Venezuelan government invites the U.S. government to jointly formulate a cooperation agenda oriented towards common development, strengthening lasting community coexistence within the framework of international law.
