RENRUI HR (06919.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a net profit of between RMB 80.6 million and RMB 90.6 million for the fiscal year 2025, compared to a loss of RMB 71 million in the previous year. The turnaround from loss to profit is mainly due to no goodwill impairment provisions recorded during the year and revenue growth. Full-year revenue is expected to be between RMB 5.3 billion and RMB 5.7 billion, an increase of 17%-26%
