Mediar Therapeutics, Inc. announced it has secured $76 million in funding from a group of investors, co-led by Amplitude Ventures Inc. and ICG America, Inc., on January 7, 2026. The funding round was oversubscribed, with $38,150,185 received in the final tranche. New investors included Longwood Fund and Asahi Kasei Pharma America, while existing investors such as Bristol-Myers Squibb and Pfizer also participated.
