Tivic Health Acquires CDMO Assets to Accelerate Drug Development

Tivic Health Systems Inc. has acquired CDMO assets, now branded as Velocity Bioworks, to enhance drug development. This integration has resulted in lower costs and faster validation of the manufacturing process for Entolimod™, enabling an earlier submission of a biologics license application to the FDA. Velocity Bioworks will also operate as a stand-alone CDMO, providing high-quality biologic production services to small and medium-sized biotech companies.
