Research institution Omdia: Chinese companies will dominate global humanoid robot shipments in 2025, far surpassing American companies
Research firm Omdia's data shows that last year, the global shipment of humanoid robots was approximately 13,000 units, with Chinese manufacturers contributing the vast majority, far exceeding American companies like Tesla and Figure AI in terms of quantity. Chinese startup Shanghai Zhiyuan's estimated shipment of humanoid robots last year was 5,168 units, ranking it first among global humanoid robot manufacturers, followed by Yushu Technology and UBTECH ROBOTICS. Omdia's data indicates that the global sales in this industry will reach more than five times by 2024
