CHINA WANTIAN Holdings (01854.HK) announced the sale of two groups of properties to an independent third party, including Factory A, E, F, and J on the 3rd floor of the Kwan Tak Industrial Centre, Kwai Chung, New Territories, as well as Factory D on the 4th floor of the same building along with 3 parking spaces, for a cash consideration of HKD 46.5 million.
