BOC AVIATION (02588.HK) announced that last year its investment portfolio included a total of 815 owned, managed, and ordered aircraft and engines; the average age of the 451 owned aircraft is 5 years, with an average remaining lease term of 7.8 years; the order book includes 337 aircraft; the managed fleet includes 16 aircraft; the customer base for owned and managed fleets covers 87 airlines in 46 countries and regions.

The company executed 66 transactions in the fourth quarter, totaling 333 transactions for the year, which included commitments to purchase 14 aircraft, with a total of 160 aircraft committed for the year; 16 aircraft were delivered in the fourth quarter (excluding 4 aircraft purchased by airline customers before delivery), with a total net delivery of 51 aircraft for the year; 7 owned aircraft and 1 managed aircraft were sold in the fourth quarter, with a total of 35 owned aircraft and 1 managed aircraft sold for the year; 21 lease commitments were signed in the fourth quarter, with a total of 74 lease commitments signed for the year. The total financing for the year exceeded USD 4 billion.
