BRETON signed a construction general contracting contract worth 117 million yuan

BRETON (01333.HK) announced that on January 9th, its indirect subsidiary Galaxy Energy, as the client, entered into a general contracting agreement for the construction and installation of the Dizhua Intelligent Microgrid (solar storage) project with the contractor Wuhuang Company. According to this agreement, Wuhuang Company will be entrusted with the construction and installation work for this project, with a total contract value of approximately USD 14.9387 million, equivalent to about HKD 117 million.

The project is located in the LCS mining area of Kolwezi City, Lualaba Province, Democratic Republic of the Congo, with a planned completion date in March. The scope of the contract includes civil engineering, installation, testing and inspection, coordination and commissioning, and overall construction management services for a 76MWp photovoltaic and 100MWh energy storage power station
