Tmall 2025 Annual New Brand Development Report: Over 150,000 Quality Merchants Open Stores and Create Brands, a Historical High

On January 12th, Tmall released the "2025 New Brand Development Report": In the past year, over 150,000 high-quality new merchants have created brands on Tmall, reaching a historical high. The number of brands that achieved over 100 million in transactions in their opening year increased by more than 40% year-on-year; among new brands within three years of opening, 276 achieved over 100 million in annual transactions, and 5,026 achieved over 10 million in annual transactions, with all metrics reaching historical highs
