CRYOFOCUS-B (06922.HK) announced that it will issue a total of 7.46 million new shares to two independent third parties, equivalent to an expanded share capital of 3.03%; the price per share is HKD 5.36, representing a discount of 17.79% compared to today's (12th) closing price. The total amount raised is HKD 39.99 million, with a net amount of HKD 39.73 million, of which 80% is intended for product research and development, production, and commercialization, as well as potential overseas business expansion for product commercialization; the remaining balance will be allocated for general working capital
