Soluna reports December project updates, closes $32 mln direct offering
Soluna Holdings (SLNH) has closed a $32 million registered direct offering and provided updates on its green data center projects. Project Dorothy 2 achieved full capacity, while Projects Dorothy 1A and 1B faced winter demand curtailments. Project Kati 1 in Texas is nearing substantial completion, and Project Kati 2 is under a non-binding letter of intent from a potential tenant. The company is also finalizing engineering for Project Grace AI microgrid and preparing for a 20-MW deployment at Project Dorothy 1 in 2026. SLNH is trading at $1.64 premarket.
