CHINA CHENGTONG (00217.HK) announced that it has entered into two sale and leaseback agreements with an independent third party, involving several power supply equipment, high and low voltage complete distribution equipment, and several photovoltaic power generation equipment assets, with purchase prices of RMB 300 million and RMB 30 million, respectively, and lease terms of three years and one year, respectively. It is expected to generate total revenue of RMB 24.15 million
