Mortgage insurance concept stocks fell as the market worries about increased regulatory intensity

Due to ongoing market concerns that the Trump administration may lower premium levels in its efforts to improve housing market affordability, the stock prices of mortgage insurance companies have widened their declines. Some underperforming individual stocks include: Radian down 5.3%, NMI Holdings down 5.65%, Essent Group down 4.49%, and MGIC down 5.2%
