TIANLI INT HLDG (01773.HK) announced that on January 14th, Chairman and CEO Mr. Luo Shi purchased a total of 500,000 shares in the open market at an average price of HKD 2.91 per share. After the increase, Mr. Luo holds a total of 918 million shares, accounting for approximately 43.88% of the company's total share capital
