In response to the measures proposed by the government yesterday (14th) regarding support and reconstruction work after the fire at Wangfuyuan in Tai Po, the Urban Renewal Authority stated that it has been closely cooperating with the government to optimize support for building owners and corporations in organizing building repair projects.

The Urban Renewal Authority indicated that regarding the government's advocacy for further strengthening the "Tendering Assistance" service to enhance assistance for owners and corporations in tendering for consulting firms and contractors for major repair projects, the Urban Renewal Authority will do its best to cooperate, conduct specific research, and discuss the implementation details with the government
