Hainan Drinda New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. announced a cash investment of 30 million yuan for a 16.6667% stake in Xingyi Chip Energy, becoming its second-largest shareholder. This move aims to lay out the space computing power industry, integrating photovoltaic and perovskite technology, and extending the business from ground-based photovoltaics to space photovoltaics. Drinda has signed a cooperation agreement with Shangyi Optoelectronics to carry out in-depth collaboration on flexible perovskite technology research and development.
