Nickel miner Vale Indonesia secures mining quota approval for 2026

JAKARTA, Jan 15 (Reuters) - Nickel miner PT Vale Indonesia has secured approval for its mining quota for 2026 and all its operational activities have returned to normal, the company said in a statement on Thursday. The company did not disclose the volume of nickel ore it has been allowed to produce this year.
