36Kr learned that UNISOUND announced that on January 16, 2026 (before the trading session of the Stock Exchange), the company entered into a placing agreement with the placing agent, pursuant to which the company has agreed to appoint the placing agent and the placing agent has agreed to act as the company's agent to use its best efforts to procure not less than six independent placees to subscribe for 780,000 new H shares at a placing price of HKD 252.00 per H share
