Non-oil domestic exports growth slows, with a year-on-year increase of 6.1% in December last year | Lianhe Zaobao

In December last year, Singapore's non-oil domestic exports (NODX) grew by 6.1% year-on-year, a slowdown from the previous month's 11.5%, and below Bloomberg's expectation of 13.9%. For the whole year, non-oil domestic exports increased by 4.8%. In December, total trade grew by 12.3% year-on-year, with electronic product exports rising by 24.9% and non-electronic products slightly increasing by 0.8%. Non-oil exports to Taiwan increased by 24.3%, while exports to the United States shrank by 36.3%
