Qian Hu reported a net loss of 780,000 yuan in the second half of 2025 and will not distribute a final dividend | Lianhe Zaobao

Qian Hu reported a net loss of RMB 782,000 in the second half of the fiscal year 2025, despite an overall sales increase of 1.5% year-on-year, reaching RMB 36.81 million. The total sales for the year amounted to RMB 71.90 million, a year-on-year increase of 0.7%. The reasons for the loss include the absence of a one-time compensation income of RMB 700,000 in 2024 and the impact of changes in the fair value of financial assets. The board of directors decided not to distribute a final dividend for 2025 in order to retain funds to support future projects. Sales in the fish business grew by 3.8%, while sales of aquarium equipment and pet supplies saw a slight increase of 0.7%, and sales in the plastics business declined by 3.3%
