
Hong Kong will host a Lunar New Year fireworks display
Hong Kong will hold a Lunar New Year fireworks display at Victoria Harbour at 8 PM on February 18 (the second day of the Lunar New Year). The fireworks display consists of 8 acts, lasting approximately 23 minutes, with a total of 31,888 fireworks launched. This year's fireworks display is organized by the Cultural, Sports and Tourism Bureau of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government and sponsored by the Hong Kong Jockey Club, themed "Success Comes with the Horse to Shine on Hong Kong," with a scale of 850 meters wide and 250 meters high, composed of 3 barges and 6 floating boats. The 8 themed acts are "The Galloping Horse Sets Off," "Celebrating the New Year Together," "Leaping Horses Soar," "Harmonious Vision," "Spring Fills Hong Kong," "Dreams Chased with Agility," "Creating the Future Together," and "Success Comes with the Horse."
