The appointment of Mr. Lu Wei as members of special committees of the Board shall be effective from the date on which his qualification as Director is approved by the National Financial Regulatory Administration.</p><p>From the date when Mr. Lu Wei assumes office, Ms. Yao Hong will cease to act on behalf of the Chairperson of the Social Responsibility and Consumer Rights Protection Committee of the Board.</p></div></div>
