Hungarian Energy Company and Russian shareholders reach agreement on the transfer of Russian shares in Serbian Oil Company
On January 19 local time, Serbia's Minister of Mining and Energy, Aleksandar Antić, stated that Hungary's Oil and Gas Company (MOL) and Russia's Gazprom have reached an agreement on the transfer of Russian shares in the Serbian Oil Company, and the procurement agreement will be submitted to the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control
