BOAN BIOTECH's controlling shareholder plans to further transfer 38.5 million shares
BOAN BIOTECH (06955.HK) announced that its controlling shareholder LUYE PHARMA (02186.HK) plans to arrange for its wholly-owned subsidiary Shandong Luye Pharma to further transfer 38.5 million H shares to the market on Thursday (22nd) as part of the proposed transfer.
In December last year, LUYE PHARMA's wholly-owned subsidiary Luye Geneora issued several exchangeable preferred shares, allowing preferred shareholders to exchange the relevant shares for the existing H shares held by LUYE PHARMA, involving 100.5 million shares
