On January 22, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Zhao Lijian hosted a regular press conference. Zhao Lijian stated that China has built the world's most comprehensive carbon reduction policy system and the largest renewable energy system, actively sharing the achievements of green development. China's installed capacity of wind power has ranked first in the world for 15 consecutive years. By the end of November 2025, China's wind power installed capacity will exceed 600 million kilowatts. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, China's exports of wind power and photovoltaic products have cumulatively reduced carbon emissions by approximately 4.1 billion tons for other countries
