China Life Insurance Company Limited Announces Board and Committees Changes

China Life Insurance Company Limited announced changes to its board and committees. Mr. Wang Junhui resigned as a Non-executive Director and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, effective January 22, 2026, but will remain chairman of China Life Pension Company Limited. Ms. Hu Jin will join the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, while Mr. Lu Feng will join the Audit Committee, effective January 23, 2026. The current board includes Executive Directors Cai Xiliang, Li Mingguang, Liu Hui, Ruan Qi, Non-executive Directors Hu Jin, Hu Rong, Niu Kailong, and Independent Non-executive Directors Lam Chi Kuen, Zhai Haitao, Chen Jie, Lu Feng.
